Terms & Conditions

• A non-returnable registration fee of £25 is to be paid when registering your child. When a place has been offered you will be required to pay a £100 deposit which will secure your place. Then returned once a child has been attending the nursery for a minimum of two months and a full months' notice in writing has been given.
• If your child only attends for the hours of the Flexible Free Entitlement, then you are not required to pay the £100 deposit.
• Nursery fees are charged monthly and are payable by the 14th day of each month. If any parent defaults with these terms of payment, the nursery reserves the right to withdraw the child's place.
• Fees are charged for any periods of absence due to sickness or holiday. We cannot swap unattended sessions. Please note that we do not charge for bank holidays or planned nursery closures.
• The nursery does close at 6pm, please ensure your child is picked up by 6pm at the latest, as we do not have insurance cover or Ofsted registration after this time, there is a late fee charge of £10.00 for every five minutes after the session has ended. (This applies to all sessions throughout the day) Also please note that we will not be letting the children into the nursery until five minutes before their session is due to start. If you need to speak to a member of staff, then please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before 6pm, as the nursery closes at 6pm.
• If your child becomes ill while at nursery, we will phone you to come and pick them up. We then ask that your child stays away from nursery for the relevant time dependent on their illness as guided by the Infection control poster within the entrance hall.
• Parents are required to let us know if their child will be absent from nursery, due to sickness or holiday.
• Manor Grove Montessori is very proactive in safeguarding all children within our care. If we consider a child to be at significant risk (physical or emotional), then we have an obligation to inform First response, this may be done with or without the parents' permission.
• Our fee structure will be reviewed annually; you will be notified of any changes several months beforehand.
